Jenny has partnered with small business owners across all 50 states, and her extensive experience and knowledge ensure that each owner is informed and empowered to protect their business and set their most valuable resource, their people, up for success. Her passion for supporting small business owners led her to establish Herrington Consulting, a boutique HR firm that guides employers through the complex world of HR. Outside of work, Jenny volunteers as a mentor and coach.
